Valley endocrine provides a comprehensive approach to treating people with diabetes. Even patients with advanced diabetes-as well as those who are at high-risk for the disease. The Center treats patients with complications such as amputations, stroke and heart attack through a comprehensive physical and occupational therapy department. We work closely with each patient's primary care physician, as well as draws upon the many resources of providence Saint Joseph and Providence Holy Cross Medical Centers. We emphasize education for our patients and their families to reduce the risk of complications. We offer consultation with a certified diabetes Educator and Dietician who explains how to monitor you blood and keep your diabetes controlled. they also personize an excersize and meal plan for you. You will have access to free support groups and regular scheduled lectures, provied in both english ans spanish. |
